The Gelateria by Cucina
Lovingly made with all natural ingredients, lower in fat and with a more intense flavor, in classic and daring combinations. An indulgent and hand-crafted signature inspired by the gelato parlors of Naples. Serving over 15 glorious gelato varieties from traditional flavours such as stracciatella and pistachio to signature specials, including a limoncello and caviar, and bacio dark chocolate and black truffle combo, each one is perfect for a grab-and-go treat on the beach or as a sweet ending to a delicious meal.

Hailing from a city in South of Italy called Grottaglie, Chef Emanuele was brought up amongst a very talented family. His mum is a Pastry Chef and has lived all her life on her family farm where they grew fresh tomato, olives, seasonal vegetables and made wine. Grottaglie is a popular seaside region of Apuli, famous for its Burrata, ceramic, pottery, handcraft material, artist, and creativity which to this day, still inspires Chef Emanuele's culinary artistry.
