Hailing from a city in South of Italy called Grottaglie, Chef Emmanuele was brought up amongst a very talented family. His mum is a Pastry Chef and has lived all her life on her family farm where they grew fresh tomato, olives, seasonal vegetables and made wine. Grottaglie is a popular seaside region of Apuli, famous for its Burrata, ceramic, pottery, handcraft material, artist, and creativity which to this day, still inspires Chef Emmanuele's culinary artistry.
